I'm trying to find out what is included with the Nappa leather and Individual Composition interiors, specifically what interior trim parts are different.

With the Nappa option (which is included with the 2014 Luxury, Modern, and Sport packages. $2000, $2100, and $3700 respectively) are only the seats and door inserts in Nappa? Is the steering wheel in Nappa? Is the dash or door tops?

With the Individual composition which includes 19" wheels and an Alcantara headliner for $6000; it says the interior is extended Merino leather. What is covered? Again, are is the top or bottom of the dash, the door tops, or the console sides included? They are all leather or simulated leather in the 7-series. What is the steering wheel covered in?

I've asked the dealer to blank stares; customers seem to just take cars from inventory. The MB dealers have a similar response to questions about designo on an E-class. The A6 doesn't even offer an equivalent.
