If your getting a full M sport kit it should include the rear bumper bracket that replaces the oem piece which would normally need to be cut... In your case it should just be a simply swap.

If getting a M5 diffuser on an OEM M sport vehicle you need to do some trimming off a plastic piece and basic relocating of some sensors if the car is equipped with comfort...
