The F10 isn't a twin turbo; it's a twin scroll...

All newer (USA F10) BMW's have a turbo (or 2 in the case of the 550)....

You would (I believe) need a 2010 or older car (6+ years old now).

I doubt that's the law, however that IS the policy of most, if not all, insurance companies...
