Understand the remodel thing. Our 6-week bathroom remodel took 4 MONTHS!!!
we remodeled a 2700 sqft house in 2 months, I gc'd the entire thing.

3 new bathrooms (took them down to the studs and removed a wall and redesigned the master bathroom)
60 Recessed lights through the house (all led)
Whole House Fan
2nd HVAC For 2nd story
all new paint along with new texture on a bunch of walls etc..
all new flooring
new closet organizers
new shower glass in all 3 bathrooms
Garage textured/painted and floor epoxy done (shitty one for now, will do racedeck or proper epoxy (grind concrete etc later)

Started July 10th, moved in Sept 8th, i'm still not sure how we got it all done in that time, but we did...and the week before we move the BMW gets flat bedded to the dealer, and my trusty DD a 2000 camry v6 with 281k miles on it, also decides that the radiator should blow up (original one btw)
