Moonroof not working
Hello everyone, I have just received my 2013 BMW 535i xDrive with 60k miles. Today, I tried to use the moonroof for the first time. The moonroof cover retracted all the way without issue. Next, I tried to retract the glass, the glass started its retraction process but stopped after moving 1 cm. At this time, the glass wound not open any more or close. I did the moonroof reset process, with the car parked and engine running, which did not solve the issue. The only thing that happened was the button making clicking sounds. Whenever I press the moonroof button, it makes a couple clicking sounds, but the glass and the cover does not move at all. Anyone knows of a solution or had this happened to them? I'll have to tape the moonroof for now as rain is on the forecast. Thank you
