In the f10. there 4 little bars already, two from front strut to center frame (i think) and 2 up down diagonal in front of radiator.
Said too many time b4 u came here, eibach pro kit, plus koni FSD when they come out. But ofcourse if something else is good.. But i don't have much (any  ) actual experience.. the other guys will know more than me.

From the So. Cal's bros reviews, I think KWV3 is the best for F10 for the time being. It's very versatile since it has infinitely variable rebound damping adjustment and 14-way adjustable compression damping. If I change now this is definitely the sole choice. But already spent too much on mods.
