That is not me in the video, but my tires do look like that too. First you have to clean the tire, they are full of grease. I use Meguiars super degreaser and a stiff tire brush. The guy in the video used a MF towel to apply Ultima, but I use a tire applicator, usually 2 coats of the Ultima, then wipe off the excess with a old MF towel. Comes out dry and non greasy and non shiny.
