Crank HP. All factory HP numbers are derived from dyno at the crank, not wheels.
None of those above tunes carry a warranty. If you are going to tune your $75k-$80k 550i, I would highly recommend Dinan. Huge power increase, peace of mind that comes with a warranty, and lots of stages and other goodies.
