No, the car gives no warning when they're gone. When I got my new wheels, my dealer had already removed all my TPM sensors and put them on the new wheels. Then they realized that one of the rims were bent from the factory so I had to wait about a week before I could get a new one. All they did was put my OEM wheels back on the car without the sensors and no warnings and no problems.
