You can switch to Perspective mode and then using the Interactive display, you can move to any city within your region and check out its 3D features. This way you do not actually have to drive there to see it. Make sure you switch to Perspective first, because you cannot do that in Interactive mode anymore. Zoom out far for faster movement across the map.
Check out also some mountainous area, like the Alps, it looks awesome!
