Not likely that you would have alot of worn out parts at that mileage but it is possible. I would certainly pry around and make sure that all of your bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc are still good and tight. The best thing you can do for the car's handling is to make sure the suspension is still tight. After that I would ditch the run flats, upgrade sway bars, and see how you like it. Coilovers would be next IMO.
