If by "driver rear panel" you mean the back end of the car, any vehicle with such a high vertical slab of a rear end will, with forward motion, create a low-pressure zone in that area. This means that it will attract road spray and any other dirt as if by magic - if you don't like a dirty car, you'll just have to clean it more often .
As to tar spots, I'd recommend Autosmart Tardis - amazing stuff.
