Hopefully this post will allow me to send a PM to Rob in due course. I would, however be grateful for any direct contact details to use for BMW or Goodyear about this issue. If I have missed any such information in previous posts I apologise and will read them at more length but currently I'm still seething that this known problem has not been addressed. My car was serviced just 3 weeks ago, surely the least BMW could have done was to issue a service direction to check the tyres. It's just a total disregard of their responsibilities.
