Bought my 535i as a program vehicle from BMW. Had 9k miles when I bought it. At 13,500 I received a call from the dealership that my car notified them it needs an oil change.
Called. They scheduled me two days later. Brought it in and it was done in under an hour. Bill Jacobs in Naperville (and I live in the city) is superb.
