Hello, some of you might remember a few months ago I posted about my car having this problem. I took it to the dealer 4 times and they couldn't figure out what was causing the sound and they were having problems duplicating the sound. The 5th time bringing it in I was able to duplicate the sound loud enough for the mechanic to be convinced it needed to be changed. They ended up replacing:
- Right Front Axle
- Left Axle Shaft
- Output Shaft Seal
The noise after that went away and the car was back to normal. Now 5 weeks ago, I started hearing the same noise coming from the same exact area; however, it was light and not loud like before. Each week the noise became more often and louder. Now fast forward to today... I was driving out of my neighborhood and turned left to head down the road. The ticking sound started sounding much louder and noticeable even with my music volume turned up about 40%.
Also before you anyone jumps to conclusions know this please.
The only mod I had on my car during the time it first started was my intake!
