Great advice everyone. I will be calling them in the morning to try and get the car back to take to a reputable shop.
My assumption is that they will fight me on what shop to use (as they have an I house body shop - it's no good unfortunately.
This is BMW North Scottsdale in Arizona. Never had issues over the past 10 years; just too bad this is happening with my first "new" car.
