I'm also not really surprised by these numbers. Although there's some economic factors in play here, the initial "yipee" of a new 5 series wore off... I also love when BMW compares sales figures between 2 different models:

Geez, why would anyone care about a monthly sales figure right in the middle of model transition? It means absolutely nothing!
