So, I guess the dealer does not even have to negotiate with any buyers at all.
In Canada, the dealer profit margin is about 10% and usually, if the buyer is smart in negotiation, then the buyer can get about 7% off the MSRP and leave the dealer with about 3% profit margin ... In US, the dealers will even take the deal at cost + $500 (or less) to get it done.
