Don't have too much faith in that warranty.
What happens when a waste gate or turbo blows?
You think Dinan will just step up and repair it? Or will they blame BMW for bad waste gates and turbo's based on what happened with the N54 motor?
And once the dealer notices there's not top speed limiter or there's more power being produced than the engine is suppose to make, they'll void everything related to the engine too.
This has happened to 335 owners already.
