BMW Mississauga tends to be a bit flexible (just based on the couple of bloggers who were able to do the swap but they did the entire swap with different 20" staggered wheels/tires combo and paid the price difference). Others like BMW Toronto & Endras will do the the upgraded staggered 20" staggered wheels/tires combo setup but charge you the full retail price and offered almost next to nothing on the factory 19 non-staggered wheels/tires.
But you should ask and see .... who knows.
For me, I just buy another set of non rf. Michelin PSS last month and cost me $1570 (taxes, installed, mounted) in Toronto.
