Hey bimmerheadz! I am believer and long time user of the Valentine One radar system and have been using it in all my vehicles for years now (15+ years of Valentine usage and 0 speeding tix thus far and like to keep that way)

Anyhow, has anyone in this community hard wired their Valentine or similar radar to their GT? For example in my prior '03 E39 I tapped off of the upper garage opener console for 12v and was fairly an easy install. However, this GT is allot more complicated and a very different configuration and before I begin tearing things up, I wanted to check with the homies get some thoughts or perhaps have different method of wiring your radar vs. the conventional ugly cigarette port plug cable cord.
