Yes but I clean mine first. It basically turns your wheel into a negative object to repel the negative brake dust particles. It works. Takes a bit longer to dust up and when it does, I stopped by a hand wash bay and used only the rinse on them and couldn't believe how easy the wheels looked clean again!
