F10 LCI Windshield Spec for HUD - Please Confirm!
Hello Guys,
I am running into the wall here in order to fix my heads up display. I took it to the two different dealers here in NJ and none of them could figure it out what is wrong with the HUD. Both mentioned that, there is no error code or anything stored in the HUD module for that matter.
Now, when I stand outside looking inside the HUD at a certain angle, in the night I can see a small rectangular shape screen lighting up. If I try to stare during the day, I can see that the HUD display is moving up and down when I have someone adjust the height from the iDrive. So I know that it does have power and even I dont see any code or anythign stored into the HUD when I put it through ISTA/D.
So, as a one last shot - I wanted to look into a possibility of having a wrong widshield installed. I bought the car used in an estate sale so didnt had much of a service record or something to back up. Hoping that fellow owners of the F10 can help in here.

Beside these, I dont see anything else on the windshield anywhere. Can a fellow owner of the F10 with the HUD confirm the same markings as well please?
