The M and the 5 are separate pieces, so you can remove the 5, but it leaves the black plastic underneath - not a big deal.
Just keep in mind that starting with 2014, the M5 grill now has double slats, so you have to decide whether you want the old single slats or new double slat grill. |
I think I like the double slat grilles. Just give it a fresh look.
