I just went on bimmerworld and the only Bilstein struts available for xDrive 5 and 6 series cars is for the rear, no fronts. There's just no way the "short" fork design fits over the front axle, which is why it has that funky curved design on the xDrive struts. Bilstein's own site only has 3 products for the xDrive cars:

B4 OE replacement front and rear, and a B6 rear shock. That's it.
Coilover and a strut system? Huh? The bilstein struts are still a coilover system, the coil goes
over the strut. See below for the OE comparison.
