Someone with 535i Xdrive in Toronto? (jerk/hesitation problem)

Hello folks, I'm starting a new thread on this topic - but standing on the shoulders of previous posts (see links below).

I'm seeking feedback from local fellow drivers, as I'm continuing to try and solve this issue with my dealer here in Toronto.

Symptom: at around 7 or 8 kmh (4-5 mph) the car "jolts" or gives a "kick in the pants". I don't think it's a simple gear change issue. I tried it in 1st gear only (placed the gear shift into "manual") and it exhibits the same behavior. It subsides (but does not go away) after 20-25 minutes of driving (long after the car's engine reaches optimal operating temp).
The technician who took it for a test drive claims it's an Xdrive issue - transfer of torque to front wheels and that it's normal. But I'm not yet ready to give up on it yet. The car is fantastic in most other respects and so smooth - this issue really stands out for me.

I am wondering if there are others with 535i Xdrive cars who may be experiencing it OR NOT - and would love to hear from anyone here in Toronto as well. It'll make it a bit easier to figure out how endemic the issue may be - and communicate it back to my dealer (Toronto BMW).

Thanks so much for any feedback - and apologies for starting another thread.
