All Canadian F10s dont have TPMS sensors rather they utilize a sensor on the ABS brake to sense differences in rotation speed in any tire. This is what my dealer told me after I bought the TPMS sensors from the US since I got a summer set. The easy way to tell this is to go tour car and look at the stems coming off the wheels. If they're rubber then you dont have TPMS sensors. Hope this helps.
