Only thing it's missing is the dynamic handling package. Apart from that looks like a good price to me. However, there was a pretty significant engine recall for N63 for pre-LCI 550i models. Make sure that service is performed. It is called "N63 Customer Care Package". If I am not wrong the bulletin number is B001314.
