I am currently working/living in Korea and you don't see many 18" or 19" wheels here, perhaps thats due to the very rough roads here in Korea.

If the car is being driven in Korea then go with 18" rims, if in the UK, go with the 19" rims, I have drive the M-Sport with 19" rims and it was fine in the UK.
