I only have 900 miles on it and I'm hoping it too will get better w time. I took it to the dealer and of course it only hiccuped once. I'm to take it in for them to look at longer next month. Some days it doesn't do it and others it does it a lot, and I've noticed it hiccups when I'm braking. Over 15 miles per hour the car is smooth.
