Heated Mirrors
When do they come on?
On all of the e46 I had they were on all the time, on the e92 they came on (in various stages) according to all manner of complex criteria; the outside temperature, the wiper frequency and whether the heated rear window was on or not.
According to the F10 manual, the heated mirrors are on when the engine is running but that is not the case with mine. Anyone know if outside temperature is taken into account because it hasn't got cold yet although my mirrors were covered in condensation this morning.
