Was walking past the BMW showroom in park lane London today and saw what I thought was a 5 series sport but on closer examination this turned out to be a new 640d msport.
very nice , had what looked like the 20 inch version of the style 351 wheels (now I'd like these on my car!)
Looked in side and its pretty much the same as a F10.
Made me think that the 5 series really is bargain (relative term) 7 series lite.
Standing next to it, it didn't seem to be that much bigger so it did beg the question, why you'd buy one?
The F10 really does have that 7 series feel and quality about it.

Park Lane have just refurbished their showroom and they have some nice cars that you can have a look, including a i8, 740d msport, M3 wrapped in some sort of aluminuim foil, z4, M5 performance edition (not sure that that is) 3 series and 1 series.

if you nearby, certianly worth dropping in. they are happy for you to go and sit in any of the cars. (the I8 is in a room next door )
