They already finished the injectors. My symptoms were minimal (longer than usual crank time, hiccups at speed etc), but the car had a stored trouble code for them, so the dealership went ahead and put the new ones in.
I love the car man. They gave me a 535i loaner and I liked it a lot too. The car felt lighter and more nimble, but that was due to the Msport package I believe; the suspension was set up different, stiffer. I think the purchase was sound as the car is solid.
