The opening of the boot on first press of the unlcok button is clearly a sign of an electrical gremlin somewhere and potentially dangerous to your bootlid and/or other objects. Regarding not being able to then open the boot via the button actually on the boot lid, have you got things configured shuch that one press of the unlock button only opens the driver's door and a second press in quick succession opens all doors? See what's ticked within the settings menu under door locks.
