Xdeedubx is actually right. if you hit a huge pothole very hard you will bend any rim from any wheel manufacturer. A 1pc forged wheel is the lightest and strongest wheels, but I like 3pc wheels because you can order a new lip or inner barrel.

(EAA Pacific) makes Rennen,Donz,Savini, D2 forged and a lot of wheels for other companies They are the largest manufacturer on the west coast and the wheels are made on a 10K ton forging process!!.
