It may not be the brake dust that is corrosive, maybe it is the wheel cleaner you use..? I have always used the BMW wheel cleaner in fear that others are to strong and may damage the wheel surface.
Lets hope the problem is a manufacturing one and the wheels are replaced..good luck.
