Just did this tonight, thanks for the inspiration! Very easy job... easier than on my E90!
There are plenty of them on ebay... I encourage everyone with a F10 reading this in North America to go out and get the the upgraded switch!

The headlight adjustment switch doesn't seem to function, but I don't tow, so it just looks cool on there!
