The car got to New Jersey about 36 hours before Hurricane Irene, on Thursday, Augut 25.
On the Wallenius-Wilhelmsen website, the car never got past "loaded on vessel".
My CA emailed me to let me know that the car cleared Customs on Thursday, September 1. It was scheduled to ship today (Monday, September 5), but I'm assuming they're off, so Tuesday. Hoping to get the car Thursday or Friday of this week...and leaving on vacation on Saturday. If I don't have the car by then, I will be NOT HAPPY. (So far, it's been 30 days since I dropped the car off in Munich.)
