There are a lot of extra parts involved... From brackets and bolts to fog lights to vents, there are several differences. If you go to Ebay there are some vendors selling kits that have most of the parts to give you an idea. At least there you can see what is involved. I'm not endorsing the Ebay kits, as I'm sure most of the parts are not OEM BMW parts. I've heard of fitment issues, but the kits are pretty inexpensive. I'm sure others might chime in on whether the ebay kits are worth the trouble.
