I have the comfort seats, or multi contour seats I think you call them.
I found that the passenger seat side bolster was rubbing against the center console. just inflated the side bolsters a little and that provided enough clearance for the sound to disappear.
As for the drive train issue.
I am picking up my car on Friday after having the x-drive distribution box and diesel injectors replaced after having some vibrations when making speed adjustments at low revs.
