It's been a few years, and I did it at the same time as upgrading things to 6NR, but I believe the rear camera retrofit was about $1k USD.
I see no reason a dealer couldn't do it (they might not want to I suppose), though it took a pretty decent amount of time, so the labor cost might be substantial.
