Can you identify any marking on the wheels to see they are different/bigger ?
What would you like to change to ? If you are sticking with the same wheels ?

The owner said he did not change the wheel setup from oem so that means it should be a square setup - in which case 245/40/19 all around would be ok correct?
If by chance they are indeed staggered wheels would using 245/40/19 all around be contraindicated or cause any problems?
