visually, you can line up all four wheels and see if there are diferent sizes. There should be marking at the back of those wheels as well.
By default on xdrive car:
A square setup, then go with the factory spec. 245/40/19. If you want to go wider on the rear, you cannot do it with those rim.
If by remote chance:
If staggered setup, then you can go with square setup (no issue at all) or you can make the rear 275/35/19 (to make it a bit more aggressive)
As for tires, lots of bloggers, incl. myself use Michelin PSS. Very good tires.
