I own 2016 F10 (535i x-drive). It's such a great car and I've been really enjoying it. I am currently living in Germany and ordered my car here and got it. However, I have a speed limiter that kicks in around 135MPH (This kills me and embarrasses me when 3 series was passing me at 155MPH). I recently found trusted auto shop that does removal of a speed limiter and engine tune up which would give me around 355 HP with 430 (roughly) torque feet at around 550 euro.
My question is do I
need to change tires to performance ones since I just have all season tires which, as far as my knowledge goes, was designed only for a certain speed up to 135MPH. If so, what kind of tires would you recommend?
Need some experts' opinion on this.
