I could be wrong as I’ve never done anything like this myself. But looking at getbmwparts.com, under body-front seat components, they appear to list a part number for the foam. There are different part numbers based on what option the seat has.
I’m not sure how involved it would be to try and just swap the foam. Worth looking into. Maybe try a well regarded custom interior installer around your area and ask them if it’s possible to swap?
