ET is a bit of a brain ache.

It's the distance from the centre line of the wheel to the hub/mounting.

So if the original wheels are ET30, then the hub is 30mm further out, meaning the tyre is 30mm closer to the suspension.

That means if the M5 ones are ET14, then the hub is 16mm closer in, meaning the tyre is 16mm further away from the suspension.

It's a proper head-fook lol

To explain a little easier.
> Get an A4 piece of paper and fold in half. Unfold it and that's your centre point.
> Measure 30mm from the centre line and draw a line parallel to the centre line.
> Do the same but 14mm from the centre line.
> Get a pen and hold the end 90 degrees to the centre line, this is your axle/hub.
> Slide the paper up to the 14mm and 30mm lines to show what I'm waffling on about.

16mm doesn't look too much, but I want to be 100% sure so will try it out on my collegues car first. The ET37 on the rear is the bigger concern :S
