I see that this "problem" is widespread... I had a similar problem with a MB CLS500 when it was new like the F10. Resetting the computer for the adaptive drive helped until it came back after about a few weeks. Maybe the adaptive drive didn't "adapt" to me very well.
They did make a physical adjustment to the tranny and everything was normal after that. Although it felt like the tranny was slipping ever since then.
Anyways, maybe this is the case with our cars. A software update probably can fix all this. Maybe delay the the torque converter lockup a bit.
