I picked one up for my e46 a long time ago from ebay already painted and near as I can tell it is exactly like the OEM one. I must have paid around $25 for it. It matches my paint and has lasted at least 3 years already. The same thing from an OEM store was a few hundred dollars! Your spoiler will be different and honestly if you're paying more than $100 I wouldn't risk it without feedback available but a similar deal worked out well for me in the past.
