MSO's are company vehicles that have never been titled. it works out well with people who are looking to lease because the leasing will be priced at the lowered price of the car, but retain a high residual. For me it made sense for the overall purchase of the car.
As far as the wheels I am looking at a set of GM 360Forged wheels. Monoblock Spec5's
