Best tip is clean them once a week to stop dirt bedding in.
I use Autosmart G101 on the wheels, spray it on and leave for 5 minutes, then bucket and sponge them down. I use Autosmart tyre dandy on the tyres.
The spokes are hard work but the G101 does all the hard work.
